12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Bikaner Development Authority against the internal development work of the project. Those mortgaged plots are 01, 08, 09, 24 and 38. Open Area of the project is 2583.73 sq. meters which includes Park Area [124.05 Sq. Mtrs.], Parking [ 59.46 Sq. Mtrs.] and Road [2400.22 Sq. Mtrs].
