1. As per Township Policy 2010, we have to mortgage 12.50 % plots, accordingly 3 Plots, Plot No. 11, 12 and 13 are kept mortgage with the Local body. These Plots will be released once development work is completed and development charges are deposited. 2. The Open Area includes Park Area 379.77 sq. mtrs., M.T. / S.W.D. Area 40.89 sq. mtrs. and Road Area 492.06 sq. mtrs. totalling 912.72 sq. mtrs.
