1. As per Township Policy 2010, we have to mortgage 12.50 % plots, accordingly, Plot No. 1 is kept mortgaged with the Local body. The Plot will be released once development work is completed and development charges are deposited. 2. The Open Area includes Park Area 242.79 sq. mtrs., S.W., M.T. Area 27.87 sq. mtrs. and Road Area 2227.73 sq. mtrs. totalling 2498.39 sq. mtrs.
